Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All purchases should be checked by you within 24 hours of delivery to ensure no damage has occurred in transit. If damage has occurred, please email enquiries@broadoakcolwall.com. All original packaging should be retained & images taken to illustrate damage. Our team will get back to you and advise you of the next steps. Failure to follow this process may affect your right to a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All packages returned to us should be sent using a trackable shipping service which includes insurance to avoid any disputes arising from lost packages.
NFTs
All sales of NFTs are final & no refunds are offered. NFT purchases are made through opensea.io. Please read through their T&Cs. Any questions or disputes should be raised with rarible.com.
